Every month, thousands of neighbors on Cleveland's near west side walk through our doors - for a warm meal, a job lead, a winter coat, a place to sit down and be heard. None of it happens without people like you. Your gift goes directly to work. It funds the food distributions, the tutoring sessions, the summer camp, the affordable housing units - the everyday, on-the-ground work of connecting neighbors to what they need. Where your gift goes
Every donation flows into our general fund, which lets us put resources where the need is greatest at any moment. If you'd like your gift directed toward a specific program - food distributions, housing, summer camp, family stabilization, or anything else - just reach out to Patrick or Jake and we'll make sure it gets there.
What your dollars actually do
Here's a look at some of the everyday costs your generosity helps us cover:
Every gift makes a difference
$25 - a winter coat for a neighbor (we distributed 4,000+ last year)
$50 - a week of groceries from our pantry for a family of four
$100 - school supplies for a student in our Tuesday/Thursday tutoring program
$250 - a home visit and first round of support for a family we haven't met yet
$500 - supports our annual summer camp
Larger gifts, deeper roots
$1,000 - stabilize one family through a season of transition
$3,500 - sponsor a full monthly food distribution serving 400+ families in a single afternoon
$7,500 - underwrite our entire tutoring program for a semester (snacks, supplies, and coordination for two weekly sessions)
$15,000 - fund a full 10-week summer camp for 100+ Clark-Fulton students
$25,000 - help fund our 7th affordable housing property and office expansion (we only need four supporters at this level)
